I recently bought WD 1TB Passport Ultra and I'm going to transfer all of my series, movies, anime and songs from my laptop to my Passport.

To make sure I wont infect my newly bought Passport, which anti-virus should I download? Free version, I need light, doesnt have many pop-ups messages, doesn't significantly slow my laptop.

Specs of my laptop:
Acer Aspire e14 e5-471-51LB
i5-4210 1.7ghz-2.4 ghz
2GB Ram
Intel Graphics 4400
500GB HDD

I already have Malwarebytes. I need one more anti-virus for scanning incoming files only. No need for email protection, sites protection, ad blocks. Just for scanning purposes only.

If you are runing windows 10 just use the built in security essentials which is now incorporated with defender and malwarebytes. You really don't need anything else, they will only slow your system down and not offer you any really viable extra protection.
