As the title says, i want the best headset for gaming. I want a comfortable headset with, good sound, mic, noise reducing/cancellation, 7.1 and it does not matter if it is wired or not. Also the price does not matter. Which should i buy and why?
(sorry for my bad english.)

Here is a list of the best headsets is price is not a issue:

Kingston HyperX Cloud II (always been a solid option) - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00SAYCXWG/ref=s9_simh_gw_p147_d16_i5?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=desktop-1&pf_rd_r=0X8WY8XDG2PHVCEPWP89&pf_rd_t=36701&pf_rd_p=1970559082&pf_rd_i=desktop

Steelseries H Wireless - http://www.amazon.com/SteelSeries-Wireless-Gaming-Headset-Surround/dp/B00G6IJ5NI/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1423968977&sr=1-1&keywords=steelseries+h

Steelseries Siberia Elite Prism - http://www.amazon.com/SteelSeries-Siberia-Elite-Gaming-Headset-Jet/dp/B00MSOEWQY/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1423969033&sr=1-1&keywords=steelseries+elite+prism

Astro A50 (to me it's ok) - http://www.amazon.com/ASTRO-Gaming-Wireless-Headset-Xbox-360/dp/B0091WIOJ2/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1423969070&sr=1-2&keywords=astro+a50

But I recommend you to get headphones + mic/modmic for the best experience compared to a headset (I have experience), and to make it better, get a sound card. If you're interested I can recommend you some headphones and a mic.

Hope this helps!

Would you like a modmic or a desktop/external mic? Here is a list of good headphones in the $200 range:

Sennheiser HD 598 (may not be your color) - http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-HD-598-Over-Ear-Headphones/dp/B0042A8CW2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1424018747&sr=8-1&keywords=sennheiser+hd

Sennheiser 380 Pro - http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-Collapsible-Headphones-380-Pro/dp/B001UE6I0G/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1424018863&sr=8-1&keywords=sennheiser+hd+380+pro

Audio Technica ATH-M50x (not the best for gaming but well recommended for music) - http://www.amazon.com/Audio-Technica-ATH-M50x-Professional-Monitor-Headphones/dp/B00HVLUR86/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1424018901&sr=8-1&keywords=Audio+technica

Beyerdynamic DT990 Pro (highly recommended for gaming) - http://www.amazon.com/Beyerdynamic-DT-990-Pro-250-Professional-Acoustically-Applications/dp/B0011UB9CQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1424019037&sr=8-1&keywords=beyerdynamic

Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro (bass heavy) - http://www.amazon.com/Beyerdynamic-DT-770-PRO-32-Headphone-Monitoring-Applications/dp/B008POFOHM/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1424019080&sr=8-3&keywords=beyerdynamic

AKG Q 701 (pretty good for gaming) - http://www.amazon.com/AKG-Signature-Reference-Class-Premium-Headphones/dp/B004444OFK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1424019228&sr=8-2&keywords=akg

Those are the best headphones in the $200 range, if you're willing to spend more which is not recommended unless you are a big audiophile you can ask me. I also forgot to recommend the Sennheiser G4ME ONE which is also a great headset, but like I said, you will get the best experience out of headphones + a mic of some sort. If you have a good sound card already you'll be having a great headset, if not get something like the Xonar DSX which is a cheap but good sound card.
