Best Gaming Laptop for 600-700 dollars?

I'm looking for a gaming laptop that is decent to run stuff like War of the Roses, Darkest Dungeon in its current state, Path of Exile, stuff like that. I'm not asking for some super-beast of a computer, but I'd like to find the right one within my price range. Thanks in advance!

The HP is a nice laptop, however the Dell will outperform it easily with it's superior CPU and dedicated GPU.

Laptop HP ProBook 450 cu procesor Intel® Core™ i5-4200M 2.50GHz, Haswell, 8GBRam , 1TB HDD + SSD 120GB, AMD Radeon HD 8750M 2GB

Only tried Path of Exile from the games you listed worked on almost High settings 50-70 fps.
