Best Gaming Laptop for $700 or lower?

I know there's probably nothing too high-end. I'm looking to be able to run NBA 2K15 and future sequels, possibly Saints Row 4, Depth, and Elder Scrolls Online. Any suggestions? I have no preference of brand (except no Macs) as long as it works well.
