Best headphones for my budget

Hey, so on a polish site I've found 2 pairs of earbuds. Apple Beats urBeats and Razer Hammerhead v2 Pro. I've found them pretty cheap ( a little under $30 ). And in poland things are usually cheaper. Selling fake products on this website is prohibited. The Beats are being sold by a guy with 8 reviews and 100% positive feedback, while the Razer ones by a company with 5000+ reviews, verified by the website and 99,9% positive feedback. I'd also like to add, that the Beats earbuds have no signs of warranty, while the Razer ones have a 2-year warranty. That being said, I'm not really sure whether the Beats are real or not. Which of these would have better audio quality? Thanks for the advice

Ok, turns out the Razer's were on sale. I got them for $30, they are back at $80 now. This thread can be closed.
