Furmark is probably the best program for that, ensure you run something like "realtemp" at the same time in the background as it's always good to get two readings
Use SpeedFan. It's free software and in some computers you can change the speeds of your fans! 😀 It also shows you the temps of each of your cores which I like.

15-20 minutes, certainly no less than 15 and i would say no more than 25
