Best laptop cooling pad out of these two?

Trying to decide between these two for a laptop cooling pad, any suggestions would be appreciated.

i'd go for the one with the bigger fan, but i'd look into an air cooler that matches up with your laptops vents. Generally though the big fanned cooler should push much more cfm, ergo more air ergo more cooling.

Go for the one with the bigger fan. The second one. Iv'e learned that multiple fans do not work well together and one big fan will be able to cool the entire system efficiently.
