I've been looking around for a LONG time to find the perfect laptop for school... Let me explain my situation.

Im a Mechanical Engineering student, avid gamer, and occasional media arts enthusiast. This means I need a lot of graphics power, ample ram, and something portable for class. Also, my math teacher doesn't allow laptops, but is fine with tablets or 2-in-1 laptops (anything that lays flat when in use...)

I need the following specs or better:

-16gb RAM (preferably high clock speed)
-i7 7th gen (I could settle for 6th gen but I'd really prefer something like the 7700hq or 7700k)
-Nvidia GTX 970m or GTX 1050 TI (MUST be TI version or it won't have enough power for Engineering/Gaming)
-256 GB SSD or larger

Things I would LIKE to have:

-4k resolution
-Anti-Glare screen (though a lot of 4k screens are glossy...)
-Touchscreen (but ONLY if it can be laid flat or in a tablet configuration or else I can't use it for math)

I would prefer to keep the budget around $1000, I cannot spend 2k or near there... But I'm flexible on price because even if the new price is high, I may find a pre-owned or refurbished one for cheap. So don't be too concerned about price, just nothing absurdly pricey or I won't find a used one in my budget.

Any help is much appreciated, I have been looking at the Dell Xps 15 (GTX 960m model) or the HP Spectre x360 but they don't have a lot of graphics capability... Any thoughts?

As an update, I was looking at the Acer Predator Helios 300 laptop (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B06Y4GZS9C/ref=psdcmw_13896615011_t1_B0716JY7J2)

Its about $1099 and has everything, but the screen is not the best. People were complaining about washed-out colors or low quality on-screen text... Is there a way to improve the screen or replace the screen with a higher resolution panel?

I like the 2nd of the 3 laptops you just sent. First is more expensive with less specs than the Helios 300, and 3rd doesn't have a good CPU. BUT my issue is that I'm having a hard time finding a model of the GP62MVR Leopard Pro-248 with 16gb RAM and some size of SSD for under $1000. Any way I can make that happen? Also not a fan of the design but meh... I guess I can't have the full package...
