Hey guys, im looking for a cheap laptop for uni.

15.6 or more

3. What screen resolution do you want?
Would love 1080p, but 720p is fine

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?

5. How much battery life do you need?
doesn't matter

I just want to play CS:GO, so anything that will get decent fps with the source engine

im not an expert but i bought a samsung np355v5c 2.8ghz, 6gb ram, 500gb hard drive, 3 hours battery life for £130 from ebay but they go for around £200 new. its very fast i always have 20 chrome tabs open, rain meter, itunes, box sync and spotify running, i play online graphics heavy games and use it for uni work and its never slowed down.

alternatively how about checking ebay, put in your price range in the side bar slider, select the top specs in each category and see which laptops come up and bid on one you like?
