best laptop for me

My budget is 450 dollars (30,000 RS). I need to buy a laptop for office work. Online reviews suggest asus F55la but those are not available in India. Can you suggest a good laptop for me?

I paid $500 for a Dell Inspiron 5559, and Asus makes something similar. I'm in the USA, so I don't know what's available in your area. Toshiba makes good laptops in this price range too.
