I am looking for a good laptop computer that I can rely on for using revit. I have only used revit sparingly until now( I was using sketchup before for modeling solar panels on houses). I am ready to get another laptop now and I am having trouble finding one that will work for me. I used to have trouble using sketchup and I don't want to have any issues with revit when I start using that for my new job. I would rather spend a little more now and have the computer be able to do what I need then have it freeze up when I start to use it for more complicated stuff.
There's a couple things I have been looking for in a new laptop.
-12 gbs ram at least( I would be happy to get a computer with less and upgrade if its a deal)
-good processor(hopefully around 3Ghz)
-and I am saving a couple hundred dollars to get a solid state, but if I could find one in the laptop. it would save me the trouble.
-and good enough graphics to handle the programs, but I don't really know about that stuff. I have been looking at this site as a reference that lists minimum requirements for revit to get an idea of what I need.

My budget is around 1000. I can go a little higher if I need and certainly I would be happy to spend less if there is something that will work fine for less money.
Thanks in advance for any help
