Best laptop out of these?

Hello.
I am getting a laptop for Christmas and am currently stuck between two models.

Which model would be better?

I want to use the laptop for:

*Google Sketchup and other lite 3d programs
*Light gaming (minecraft, CSGO and Garrys mod)
*School work
*Watching Youtube
*Video Editing

My budget is about £520 and both of these laptops are A1 quality refurbished from Laptops Direct. If there is a better option for this price range, let me know, but it has to be available in the UK.

From the performance the Toshiba one is definitely better than the lenovo by a significant margin.

Is the GPU better in the Toshiba one? Or is it just the CPU?
Sorry I know barely anything about Mobile GPU's

Actually the Toshiba one have a better cpu and gpu and also it comes with 8gb of ssd which you can use for OS. And here is some benchmark of the laptop:

And if you look at the gt730m version of the link you sent me. FPS is about 10-20% better.
