Best Laptop/ Ultrabook for Programming and Webdesigning

Hello,friends.
I'm planning to buy a Laptop/ Ultra book for Programming and Web designing .

Mostly I'm working on vb.net ,vb 6, oracle , web designing , Java , C++ , and other applications in the market.

I want the best mobile device for this codding and de codding .

I will also play modern games on minimum settings such as Battlefield 3 , Crysis 2 , etc.

By my opinion, gtx 630m is enough.

Screen size not more than 15 inch.

If its over 15 inch , then is not easy to carry it here and there.

My Budget is about $1000 to $1300 max.

Please help me out .
