i really need help in buy a laptop am a girl 18 years old and am starting a level 3 business and finance course this months my bugdet is £500 and i want the best

Here is a business class laptop and a 2011 model (Samsung RV511 is a 2010 model).
HP ProBook 4530s £490. The business class machines tend be a bit more rugged and sturdy than the consumer models. HP ProBook 4530s Review (might have slightly different model CPUs, etc) than the one linked at Amazon).
