The Dell Inspiron Micro comes with up to a quad-core Intel “Bay Trail” Pentium processor with integrated Intel HD Graphics, 2GB of DDR3 RAM, 32GB of storage, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.0, and has a single DisplayPort, HDMI, Ethernet, three USB 2.0 ports, one USB 3.0 port, and one media card reader.
This test seems crappy. The HP Stream mini only comes with 2gs of RAM and is $179. The NUC is 260 with no memory (barebones). So yes if you install 8gs of RAM on the NUC and run it against the Stream's 2gs its going to be alot faster. Unless you installed 8g on the HP Stream its not apples to apples.
