I used to use a variety of software that did a good job of ripping/converting DVD's. Haven't needed to do so in awhile and now all the software I've tried is either NOT open source or I just can't get them to work. What I used to use that I now must pay; MakeMKV, WinX, Freemake, Movavi and a few others. What I'm seeking is good open-source software that's capable of ripping and/or converting DVD's...ahm...the entire DVD. I have a FFMpeg software program, but for some reason, it doesn't work properly on Win10. I'm certain I used to use AAC (AnyAudioConverter)(yes it has DVD capability) but I couldn't get it to load the DVD this time, for some odd reason. So, I'm either old and getting dementia, or all the software that was once open source are now "pay software". Anyone know of a good open-source software program that actually works for ripping/converting DVD's?
