It's barely 2023, how can these be the "best of" the year at this point?

I will never get another HP. I have the desk jet and I am not exaggerating when I say I have problems every single week. Either it doesn't print or it doesn't scan or both. I have spent more time on the phone with their "helpers" than I have with my friends in the past year. And each time they swear they have fixed the problem. Then I am able to print for a day or tow, and it's broken again. Never again.
