Powerline 1000 + WiFi - PLW1000 | NETGEAR
and it seems better than all the ones you have listed in that guide. It has WiFi!

Though i cannot find one with EU power cord.

I wish the minimum throughput at max range were published. Or, consider the max range to be when throughput reached some low level, like 10 Mbs.
