You're asking which of two low end headphones sound better? It's like asking if a stock honda fit is better than a stock ford fiesta... Neither one is going to be any good.

That said, never buy from ebay, so you're stuck with the other. Of course, you could also get http/www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/830692-REG/Audio_Technica_ATR4650_ATR4650_Omnidirectional_Condenser_Computer.html and http/www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/370597-REG/Sennheiser_HD_201_HD_201_Circumaural.html for that price, and have something that might last a bit longer (and better audio, though still not great)
