Best Stereo Computer Speakers At a $40 Budget?

Hello. I'm looking for the best set of stereo speakers for gaming and music. I have about $40 to spend, (sadly) no more. Any kind of suggestion is welcome. On a separate thread, I saw the Creative T3300's and Logitech Z323's recommended. Are these still the best on the market (this answer was from 2013)? Or is there something better? If not, which is the better out of the two?

They arent too many option for that price range, this is decent set up for the money.
Otherwise go with Creative T3300 if you find it under 40 bucks.

Would you say those are better than the Logitech's? Logitech is a fairly reliable company, is it the same with Cyber Acoustics?

As I recall the creative had better frequency response on that t3300, I own logitech 5.1 system myself but when it comes to specs. I pick that over big names sometimes and creative has been around for while too.
