Batman isn't a superhero, hes a vigilante.

He is still counted among DCs greatest even though he is a vigilante. He is still a super-hero even without any real powers.

And why no Arkham City on the list? AA may have set the standard but AC defined it. It took what was great about AA and made it better, plus its Mark Hamills last performance as the Joker which is too bad since he is one of if not the best.
