best TV software to play tv channels using internet

hello all,

i am from india i need tv software which plays good quality using my net . please reply me fast i badly need , i am from India , i hope i get all channels of india's and foreign channels too

You already have this software - it is your browser. Go to that TV' station website, and watch.
There is no standard (and no central directory) where you just go and watch whatever channel you want. Most TV networks also restrict viewing based on geographic location of the client.
