I bought a TCL 55" 4K Smart TV...how can I receive I receive internet service without using a cable or satellite providers service ?

Cellular is the only option you didn't list. But cellular usually has data caps that are not great for streaming video.

Your options are:

Cable.
Satellite/Dish (maybe).
DSL phone company (sometimes delivered through fiber but doesn't matter what they call it).
Cellular (you got the dough, they will sell you).

Not all services are available in all areas, so if u are not sure, talk to your neighbors.

What the objection going cable? Everybody just try to get more bang for buck, who cares how they actually deliver the service or what is called.

There are actually some other types of WAN technologies that are becoming more common. One example is long range wireless. That's become quite common in many rural areas.
