Better specs for a gaming laptop?

So I have to buy a new laptop and I am NOT going to play any new games that require gaming rigs, I am just going to use it for some light gaming and programming. Which of these will be the better choice:

1) AMD A10 8700P 1.8-3.2 GHz with 8 GB RAM and AMD R7 M360 2 GB dedicated graphics.

2) Intel Ci5-6200U 2.3-2.7 GHz with 4 GB RAM and NVidia GeForce 930M 2 GB dedicated graphics.

I know that none of these qualify as gaming laptops, but I don't have the budget for an Alienware. I just want to know the better choice. Also, I heard that AMD APU's heat up a lot, is that true?

According to Notebookcheck, the AMD R7 M360 is more powerful than the 920m, but less powerful than the 930m.
