BFG 6800oc voltage

I just got a BFG 6800oc agp version, unlock it to 16*6 with no problem, heard that this card comes with 2.2ns mem, so i push it to 375 909(as the default speed of a 2.2ns mem).
There is only one problem that my msi n7l2 (nforce 2) has the lowest agp volt of 1.5v, that means my 6800 is forced to run at 1.5v instead of 1.2 at stock. Anyone think it will hurt my card a lot?

1. if i raise my AGP voltage to 1.6v, will it hurt my card?
2. how can i mod my GPU voltage higher?
