I have just purchased (but not yet received) a Dell Axim X50. Seeing as I
just dumped all my cash into this toy I do not have much left for software.
Can anyone recommend an inexpensive Bible program for me? I would like the
full text of the NKJ translation. It would be nice to have a search function
as well.
Thanks

Also try http://www.olivetree.com The reader and alot of bibles and
other things are free. Some bibles (NKJV, NASV, i.e. ) are priced at
a nominal to medium cost.

You'll want to bookmore www.pocketgear.com. No guarantee as to which
translations that you'll be able to find. Also, you'll find that most of
the downloads aren't that expensive, however they can add up quicker
than you think.

Thanks for all of your responses. It looks like I will go with the Laridian
product. The E-Sword looks good to but I would like to stick with the NKJ. I
did not see it listed in E-Sword. Our pastor uses the NKJ and it is easier to
follow along when you have the same version. Thanks again for your input.
Now I just have to wait for my PDA to be shipped!

No, you have to wait for your PPC to be shipped and then for it to
arrive. Having it leave the warehouse is the easy part.

I aggree wit hthe Dr. Laridian is aboaut the best PPC program there is.
The dictionary and concordance are great tool to have on your person at all
times. My only wish is that I could be able to highlight text to see whe nI
wnet back into the bilbe like I do with my paper back bible. I love th use
a highlighter to quickly find versions that i am searching for that I have
referenced befor in a particular chapter.

Laridain is work the money. The program itself is only $10.00 and the three
bibles I have for it were all offered free from the site. KJV, NIV, and
ASV.

Peace,

Handheld_user2
