Recently purchased an Asus notebook model TP203NA and it’s only booting in Bios utility mode. There are no boot managers at all. The Windows boot manager disappeared.
If you can get into BIOS, can you see if your drive is intact and showing up in device priorities? If Windows Boot Manger is missing then your OS might've been corrupted. You will perhaps need to create your own bootable USB installer.

The Windows Boot Manager is completely gone, it isn’t showing up in boot priority. I’m going through the process of creating that bootable USB installer. Further information on the laptop, I can’t do anything on it it except change setting in BIOS utility mode. All the setting are default from when I first got it.
