Question Bios lock

Friend of mine got this at a pawn shop. And took home went to some porn sites and got a virus. Being the computer repair man he is he deleted the whole partition. Well now I have it for $25. Will not boot up at all. And when I try to do the factory refresh Bios lock gets me. About too trash it. Is their anyway to bypass this. Been looking but nothing on this hybrid.
