I can not start my laptop because the bios password is the problem.
I don't know the password.
Several password tryed but now result.

Remove the laptop battery, open up the laptop and take out the BIOS battery for about 10 seconds.

Both batteries, not just the main one? If that's the case, you need to find your laptop model's support site and see if there is a service manual for it to find out how to get into the laptop.

Hi,
Both batteries were out for more than 2 hours.
But after two hours I start the laptop and first I must put in the password for the bios.
It is not possible to start a new Windows with the cdrom and do first boot cdrom player.
After 3 times put in a password I get error code 06955.
I find a program and can put in the error code and getting a password.
But also that is not working.
