BIOS VAIO WINDOWS 7 C:\ Access Denied

Hi guys so recently I installed a new software which caused my laptop to not be able to load the windows home screen so I decided to restore my laptop to a time before I installed the software, by doing so I was able to login but now my C:\ is giving me a message saying access denied so I decided to use a repair disk I made a few years ago but in order to access it I need to change the boot Priority, I can get into Te BIOS menu but it just won't allow me to change the settings
