Question BIOS where ext kb choice power on

Hello: I have a 6-mos old alder lake asus laptop. I also have a logi ext (USB) keyboard w/ a hotkey to at least power down the laptop. I think it also powers up,if I could find the place in BIOS where to designate the external keyboard to power up. I already wrote to ASUS who responded promptly that they do not support anything from plebes like me doing anything w/BIOS (they would not even provide the F-key to see the BIOS). I have a few bios screenshots I can provide, thank you.
