When I try to run Bitdefender on my laptop (Bitdefender Internet Security 2015) (Windows 8 - Intel Core i3) is says https

Apparantly it's due to something I accidently downloaded (Gameo) instead of what I was intending to download which was paint.net (the photo editing/drawing software). I read that Gameo is known for changing system settings.
I have tried to run it as a system administrator, which just gave that error again. I went onto the firewall to see if it says it's blocked, and the file didn't even show up. Anyone know how to unblock it?
Also it says I am the 'Local Account Administrator' or something along those lines.
