i was decrypting my data that suddenly bettary get low after restartlng my pc that drive was raw formet and i was not accesible and then my windows was crypted now when i am stalling windows it was showing your c drive is encrypy by bitloker

Encryption does not like having procedures be interrupted like this or running into disk errors. Hopefully you had backups of your data.

If you just want to install Windows on the disk, go to advanced disk options, delete all partitions and create a new one to install on.
