(bizarre) outlook freezes mouse

I have a user that when she uses Outlook (2007) it suddenly freezes her mouse. She won't be able to move her mouse for minutes sometimes.
This happens:
-on multiple machines
-sporadically
-even if outlook is the only app open
-with her only (no other users reporting this problem)
-with different mice, both wireless and wired
-after recreating her Outlook profile and when enabling online mode (although trying on another machine should already eliminate an OST/PST issues)

Delete her server AD profile and create a new Account Profile for her.
It should not cause a problem. Delete the user profile and then create a user profile with the same name and same email address. It is a relatively common fix for a damaged profile.
