Black Mark on Screen

My HP ENVY touch screen laptop has a black mark on the centre right of the screen. It is very fine and looks like a hair. It can been seen with a torch when the laptop is off. The screen works perfectly minus this. The strange thing about it is that it has moved. Geographically it hasn't moved far (just slightly up/down/left/right) and it has rotated about 270 degrees or so. I have photographic evidence and one side is curved slightly to verify this.

Is it possible that something has got between the screen and the protector? If so is it my fault? I have had a nightmare with HP and so do not want to call their technical support without some guidance. Thanks in advance.

Probably,I also have some small dots between my screen and protector lol

Have you done anything to sort it out? My laptop is less than four months old.

No,I don't know how to disassemble it.
