black screen after i changed priority boot in win 10

i had d/l win10 to harddrive, it wouldn't let me add user, only see users from 8.1 this is a acer aspire e1-521 laptop
microsoft told me to re download to flash drive, then change boot order to usb.
after i changed boot priority to usb, and did save and exit,. my computer turned off
now i have a black screen , the power light comes on, i can see cd light come on, the usb flash drive will light then go off.
i can't get any help from microsoft. i removed cmos battery and put back that didn't work either. it is a Acer computer. was preinstalled with 8.1
i read all the posts on here about black screen nothing worked.
