black screen help plzzz

So you get the mouse cursor (like the arrow and a black screen?) Its not a blinking line right after startup right?


Let us know what OS you are running. Try starting in safe mode and let us know what happens.

no its not the mouse cursor its a white dash(-)screen light up hard drive running fan running plus i clean the fan so its not over heatin(fan was very dirty)memory is good just not leavin that screen
