Laptop powers on but takes 20 min for screen to com on and show its starting I Re I stalled windows after wiping hard drive still doing same thing after fresh clean install and yes I formatted hard drive on install and I've already disabled all add on and startups un necessary

It's probably something to do with the BIOS. Does your computer boot up correctly?
