Black screen on hp laptopn

After starting my laptop the screen wil remain in BLack ! wont move from there til i power it off! try conecting a hdmi cable and stil black on both sides ! & btw it sometimes works 100% and goes into main scren like nothing but then powers offf like a hour or so .

By your description, it sounds like you either have a virus, corrupted files, or an issue with your hardware (such as your laptop battery). I would recommend taking it to someone.
