Black screen

Hello,
I was having problems with my computer so did a system restore , whilst doing this it froze so i turned the computer off by the manual power button, now when i turn it on i get the dell logo appear then it goes to a black screen with nothing

most likely your HDD data got damaged/corrupted and there's no boot sector, try reinstalling windows from a CD
