Considering the dominance of Apple and Samsung in the smartphone market.....and the fact that RIM had a very bad track record for fixing problems with previous phone models and BBOS versions. The fact anyone actually bought a Z10 or Q10 makes the launch successful. It also doesn't help that the name change from Research in Motion to "Blackberry" is confusing consumers. The company just keeps making 1 bad decision after another. At this point, they've made so many bad decisions that either the board and executives need to be replaced in their entirety....or the company needs to fail.
