Blackscreen HP Laptop, Wont Boot.

Hi, I have Problem with my Laptop HP 431,
My Laptop Wont Boot, Just BlackScreen, no Error Message, just Black.
after I Press Power button, the Fan & Disk Spins Up, and Then Stop, But the Power LED is Still on.

anyone can give me a Solution..

Sounds like a shot motherboard. Sorry - you're out of luck.
