blank sd card

my sd card suddenly stopped working and showed blank sd card. then i formatted the sd card. then it started working in pc when it is inserted in pc. and when i again placed in my mobile it was showing 'blank sd card'. so it was working on pc but not on mobile phone. my mobile is samsung galaxy j2. how can i make it wok in my mobile phone....?

First ry to format the SD card using your fone - the J2.

Wiping your Android SD card
Open your Apps list and find the Settings icon, then tap on it.
Scroll down the Settings list until you find Storage. ...
Scroll down to the bottom of the Storage list to see your SD card options. ...
Confirm you want to wipe your memory card by pressing the Erase SD card or Format SD card button.

To format it on a PC using a card reader, make sure you format it as FAT32.
