blinking led light on laptop and charger

i have an issue with my samsung laptop, it was working fine the other night, today when i was about to use it, it wont boot up, i saw the led light on the laptop and te charger blinking everytime i plug the charger into the laptop, and once i unplugged it, its steady solid green light on the charger..

i saw some threads about this issue, i did what was suggested to do, removing the battery and draining the power from the laptop.. did the exact thing... BUT nothing happened... still wont work..

what should i do now ?

I'd replace the AC charging cable first. You can usually find them online for 10-15 dollars. If that doesn't fix the problem you likely have a power jack or other internal hardware issue. Have you tried using the unit with ONLY the AC cable attached but no main battery installed?
