blinking of light

My memo pad is continuously blinking red light on the screen. What is the issue? N how can I fix it?

Can be various problems with software or either hardware.
And easy thing you can test is to remove the battery and hold the power button for 10 seconds, they connect the charger and try to start it again.
This will drain the power from the unit, usually works for similar problems but with laptops.
