my mobile & sim was lost, i want to block my sim temparary

You will need to contact your cell phone service provider because they are the only ones that can block your sim card , nobody has that capability except for the cell phone carrier. You can also get help from them with the recovery , plus notifying them that it was lost will prevent unwanted charges from being applied to your account.
