blue and red lines on iPhone 5s (touch doesn't work)

I have dropped my phone quite a lot, had the screen replaced once (not by apple) and then broke it again so still have a cracked screen but it has worked until I dropped it from about 30cm high and it had blue and red lines on it and the touch doesn't work.

I have taken it apart and cleaned it like youtube said and that doesn't work (it still apart).

I don't want to restore it and that probably won't work as the phones physically broken.
I also don't want to pay much as I'm getting a new phone in September but have a phone repair kit.

I can't do anything with it not even unlock it.

You need to replace the screen and digitizer, you can get the parts off ebay or Amazon easily.
