Blue Screen of Death

My laptop keeps randomly getting this blue screen with a lot of information, it starts with "if this is the first time you see this simply reboot your computer" and then under it, it says "if this has happened before check your newly installed hardware or devices" but i haven't changed nor installed anything in a very long time, then my laptop restarts.. its been happening a lot over the last month or so, any help please? my laptop is a 2009 DELL Inspiron running on Windows 7 i believe

you should backup your info and reinstall windows...... it seems like to vague of an issue on too old of a computer to bother trouble shooting
