Question Blue snowball dead?

I didn't use my blue snowball iCE for a while, and when I tried to use it again it's simply not turning on. I looked in the device manager and found it nowhere. I also used a new cord and the red light hasn't even come on. Please help

Yep, no light, not working. Not much you can do there, contact Blue support.
