Blue Snowball iCE not recognized on Windows 10

I just bought a BLUE Snowball ice and plugged it in my Windows 10 PC and it gives me the following error
"Device Descriptor Request Failed"
Already tried all YouTube options like "plugging the USB upside down" or "uninstalling driver, rebooting and re plugging the device" but nothing worked so far. What do I do?

The error can be caused by hardware issues.
1. Try the device on a different USB port. This will figure out if problem is caused by a broken port.
2. Connect the device to another PC. This will figure out if the external device has problem.

tried both. nothing yet.
also tried uninstalling and re-installing driver and all that stuff but it didnt work.
